Are the OBD II devices compatible with all models?
Our OBD II devices are compatible with more than 90% vehicles manufactured after the year 2010. For specific models, please reach out to us.
What is the difference between the ELM327 and MODAXE OBD?
The ELM327 devices support up to 9 protocols, while the MODAXE OBD supports up to 12 protocols. Additionally, ELM327 devices are compatible only with 12V vehicles, whereas MODAXE OBD supports vehicles up to 24V. MODAXE OBD is much more durable and stable than the ELM327 and has the latest firmware version
Is there a return policy?

Yes, the software/application is free to use, and we provide easy step by step installation details and videos for your convenience.
